I discovered to my surprise that consular invites for the September class began going out this morning. Now I'm not sure whether my language points (if I got them) are going to arrive in time for me to make the cut. I took the phone test last Wednesday, June 22, and the results take about a week to come back. Man, I hope the timing works out on this...
In other news, my wife and I spent most of the weekend setting up furniture and readying the house for our baby. She's in her third trimester now, so the nesting instinct is in full force. We have a crib, dressers, a changing table, and even a cradle next to our bed. This is getting real. And exciting.
